Reportedly, Chinese Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology Xi Guohua will sign industrial Standardization MOU with Chairman of the non-profit Sinocon Industrial Standards Foundation, R.L. Chen, a former economics minister, who represents Taiwan`s counterparts for three high technologies including led linear high bay light, LCD panel and solar energy in both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
