LEDs on silicon substrate for even more cost efficient devices

Lattice Power is also scaling up its R&D for the production of HB GaN LEDs on silicon substrate for even more cost efficient devices.”

The Smart Lighting Engineering Research Center (ERC) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) has cooperated with campus officials to fix LED retrofit lamps instead of 119 incandescent bulbs in the 9-story LED Linear high bay light.
