The firm hopes to obtain verification in 2014

Taiwan-based LED manufacturer Unity Opto stated the firm's automotive lighting products have been in the process of verification by Europe-based brands. The firm hopes to obtain verification in 2014.LED chipmaker Formosa Epitaxy recently launched its newest product, package free chips (PFC), which can be used for LED automotive front lighting. The firm said that the Led tunnel light used within LED automotive front lighting require high brightness. Shipments of automotive front lighting with Formosa Epitaxy LED chips inside began in small amount in June and the number is expected to increase in July.Recently, a LED light in the model of "Luci" was launched in the Japanese market, it has 10 built-in LED bulbs, when it is inflated, lighting can be fully reflected in the internal, and better lighting effects will be realized.

This light adopts PVC as its packaging material, it improves its emitting area through blowing when in use, also the LED light can be deflated to be in smaller size when not in use, so that it is very easy to store this LED light. There are three kinds of lighting modes for this LED light, which are power saving mode, normal mode and blinking mode. What's more, it is waterproof, so it can be used outdoors; this LED light comes with a hand-held device, easy to carry."Luci" takes solar panels and built-in lithium battery as its power source, not equipped with batteries. It can be fully charged in the sun for 8 hours, and then it can provide electricity for LED bulbs for 6-12 hours. Battery has better natural discharge the restrained effect; the battery fully charged not use for two years will remaining 50% electricity.
