Reportedly, The Republic Group Handelsvertretung GmbH and Mouser
Electronics,have acknowledged Nichia's（Led high bay light) claims in a patent infringement lawsuit
in Germany at the District Court Düsseldorf against German distributors for
certain products of Harvatek, and stopped selling the infringing products.
As previously announced, in the lawsuits on November 10, 2010, Nichia claims that two different Harvatek white LED products sold by those distributors infringe Nichia YAG patent and seeks an injunction, damages, recall and destruction. And this acknowledgement led to a judgment by acknowledgement of the District Court Düsseldorf dated February 21, 2011.
These rechargeable Solar led flood light lanterns rely on solar cell panels to provide the necessary juice. All lanterns comprise of three models of Solar LED lanterns, where two of these models will come with a USB port to power battery exhausted cell phones.
